HOW TO USE
Place a towel on the sofa or bed.
Lay a mat and the polyethylene suit on the floor.
Choose an activity to do while the bandages are left on to work (e.g. reading a book, watching TV, etc.)
If you feel the cold easily, heat up in the bandages in hot water while still in their sachets, for at least 10 minutes; or, if you prefer the “fresh” effect, the bandages are ready to be applied straight away.
