Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment a non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.
Please give at least 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients. Giving this notice will enable us to re schedule your treatment to a more convenient time.
We do not charge missed appointments at the full rate because we do not keep any card details once you have paid your deposit. Clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments will be asked to pay in full when booking for a treatment.
Please note that deposits are non refundable.
